Thank you for considering a donation to the Osceola Community Health Foundation. Please be assured that 100 percent of your gift will be used to fund worthy health-related programs through the Foundation’s unique grant-giving program, which supports Osceola Medical Center and other area nonprofits.
Connecting our community, employees, and patients to opportunities for helping others
The Osceola Community Health Foundation connects donors to the OMC mission of building strong and healthy communities in the St. Croix Valley. Your generous gift allows us to achieve that mission, whether it is resources, time, or talent. We are grateful to be chosen as one of your giving priorities. Every monetary gift is tax-deductible and 100% of your gift is used for important needs at OMC or in our community.
Most gifts are given as undesignated and placed in our board discretionary fund to be used for the following important causes:

• Capital Space Enhancements
• Capital Equipment
• Support for Staff Education and Training
• Support for internal patient programs and care
• Community Grants
• Community Scholarships
Other donors want to give for something specific. We love to learn about each donor's giving priorities, and we want to make sure your gifts are meaningful to you.
For specific donations, we ask that you call Jill to discuss your options and then you may make your gift here online, by mail, or in person.
Examples of designated gifts would be: Treadmills at Wild River Fitness, beds at OMC, student scholarships, employee appreciation.
Please note in your email and in your donation memo your specific designation for your gift. Thank you for your heart for OMC and the greater community of Osceola.
