Osceola Community Health Foundation’s and MidwestOne Bank are teamed up again to improve the health and well-being of our community through the annual golf benefit. This year we will raising dollars to support patient furniture for the OMC and Scandia expansion project. Thank you to all who support OMC and our patient care.

At OMC, we pride ourselves on providing the best care with the best amenities in the area for our patients and that includes comfort and safety while visiting and staying for care in our organization.
